Where is my data stored?
Transcripts and training data remain yours. We use secure Amazon servers and encrypt data in transit in line with GDPR compliant protocols. We host in the EU/UK and sign NDAs on request.
How does reporting work?
Every morning, the previous day’s chat and call transcripts upload to your secure client portal where you can view them or download them any time on any device.
What integrations do you support?

Your Knowledge Base is the info you provide us with that your AI support agents use to respond to your customers’ enquiries. 1000 words is enough for most small businesses, but we can accommodate up to 10,000 or more in a custom solution scenario. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
